Northern Light Espresso Bar hosts visual arts and live
entertainment by number of area artists and musicians. And as
part of the downtown business community, we’re happy to support
all of the exciting events that place in our neighborhood –
including First Friday, the Italian Festival, the Steamtown
Marathon, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and the Race for the
Cure, among others.

Thursday, July 24:
Spend An Evening of Summer Blues at Northern Light,
featuring
Clarence Spady
and Special Guests, from 7 to 9 p.m. No cover charge!
Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2
(OPEN ‘TIL MIDNIGHT):
Northern Light is a participating location for the
Scranton Jazz Festival’s Jazz Walk.
Both evenings Northern Light will host various jazz
performers after the main stage closes, and will remain
open until midnight!
Saturday, August 9:
Celebrate downtown Scranton’s fabulous shops, eateries
and galleries on the
Second Saturday of each month.
Northern Light and other downtown businesses host
special events and offers throughout the day.
Saturday, August 16:
Visit Northern Light for “Swing Night” featuring
The
Minor White, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Saturday, August 30 – Monday, September 1:
It’s time for
La Festa on downtown Scranton’s Courthouse
Square. Enjoy tasty Italian foods, pastries, music and
much more. La Festa starts on Saturday, August 30th and
runs throughout Labor Day. |
